ORDERS

Do you have all products in stock?
Brands whose products we usually have in stock are Ethimo, Tala, 101CPH and NORR11. In case you want custom order, or you want to order products from other brands, the production time will be 2-3 weeks for lighting and 3-8 weeks for furniture. Keep in mind that production times are approximate and depend on many factors. 

How long does the order processing take?
Some products are ready to ship immediately. In that case processing your order takes about 3-5 business days, depending on what product you have ordered. Products from brands such as Tato Italia, Renzo Serafini, Prandina, and others may go through production process which can take 2-3 weeks for lighting and 3-8 weeks for furniture.

Can I get a quantity discount if I want to order large number of products from your Rovois Decor?
Sure! Simply send us an email with the product(s) you're interested in, include the quantity you want to purchase and your final address. Once we evaluate your request we'll quote the best possible price for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards and major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments made with PayPall, ApplePay and crypto payments (BTC, ETH and USDC).
You can also pay via bank transfer. In that case your order will be processed after we have received the payment confirmation from our bank.

SHIPPING

How long does the shipping take?
Depending on the product you purchased, shipping time can be 3-15 business days. Please note that the shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your local postal office, and custom clearance processes, in case you're ordering outside of the EU. All products are shipped to you directly from the EU warehouses.

Which countries do you ship to? 
We offer FREE shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Do you ship outside of the EU?
Yes! We also offer international shipping at an additional cost. In case you want to ship to a country outside the EU please email us at info@rovois-decor.com before purchasing. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties.

How can I track my order?
Once your items are shipped you will receive your shipment information with the link to track your order.

RETURNS

Can I change or cancel my order?
We have 14 day cooling off period, which means if you changed your mind you can return the item you purchased. Keep in mind that 14 day cooling off policy doesn't apply to custom orders. However, you can always email us at info@rovois-decor.com and check with us the status of your order. If the order has not yet been put into production we may be able to stop it for you. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
You are obligated to contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@rovois-decor.com with pictures and/or videos of the items being damaged and we will get back to you once we verify and confirm that the damage occurred during the shipping process. For more information read our Refund policy carefully.
